Case study
A custom management system paired with a trilingual (EN/AR/KU) public platform for a major tourism destination in Kurdistan. In active development — the full case study, with the client named and outcomes measured, will be published when it goes live.
The problem
A large tourism operation in Kurdistan runs its bookings, staff, and reporting across disconnected tools, while its public face has to serve visitors in three languages at once. Off-the-shelf platforms don't speak Kurdish, don't fit local operations, and price for Western markets — so the venue needs one custom system for operations and one fast, fully trilingual public platform, built together.
Approach
- A custom management layer for the venue's day-to-day operations — built to fit how the team actually works, not forced onto a generic template.
- A trilingual (EN/AR/KU) public platform with full right-to-left support at the layout level, edge-served and mobile-first for real Kurdistan network conditions.
- One connected system: the public experience and the internal operations share a single source of truth, so nothing is entered twice.
In active development.
