The site was still describing five shipped projects. The real number is 17 systems running in production — products plus custom builds — serving 29 businesses across the Kurdistan Region. Those counts now live in one place and flow to the homepage, /about, /portfolio, the press kit, Person schema, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and /ai-overview.

  • New traction band under the hero: 17 systems in production, 29 businesses, and the Duhok / Hawler / Slemani split

motelsystem live at tourism.krd

motelsystem now publishes its live domain — tourism.krd — across the site. The case study links to the real production URL, gets a SoftwareApplication schema, and the domain is threaded through the portfolio, about page, and every AEO surface (llms.txt, llms-full.txt, ai-overview, Person schema).

DentalSystem went live at smile.krd — a multi-tenant practice-management platform for dental clinics in Kurdistan. Listed all four shipped projects: motelsystem, SalonSystem, Obaida Beauty, eMed Store. Added Live / In-development status badges and a no-fabricated-metrics policy.

  • Refactored case studies into per-project files (mirrors the blog-posts pattern)
  • Added SalonSystem, Obaida Beauty, and eMed Store case studies — conservative skeletons until clients sign off on specific metrics
  • Status badges on the case-studies listing and home page
  • Detail pages hide the Results section when no real metrics are available — they show a polite "ask me directly" note instead
