What this page is

This site is the personal portfolio of Serdar Dilshad, a software engineer based in Duhok, Kurdistan Region. It's not a SaaS product — it's a marketing site. Privacy practices are kept simple on purpose.

What's collected from visitors

The site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that does not set cookies and does not record personally identifiable information. Aggregated stats: page views, referrer domain, country, browser type, screen size. Nothing else.

If a contact form is used, the data you type (name, email/WhatsApp, message) is sent to sardarbircini@gmail.com. It's stored in my email inbox until I delete it. It is not shared with anyone, ever.

What's collected from clients

For client engagements, project data, code, and credentials are stored in private repositories and password managers. NDAs are signed before any sensitive work. Client data is never used to train models, demo to other clients, or for any purpose other than delivering the engagement.

On project completion, you receive the full source code and deployment access. I retain a private copy of the code only for support purposes; I delete it on written request.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies. There are no advertising pixels, no Facebook Pixel, no Google Tag Manager. The only cookies are functional ones used for the locale switcher (EN/AR/KU).

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (which observes IP and user-agent for normal HTTP serving). Analytics is via Plausible. Forms send data to sardarbircini@gmail.com. That's the entire third-party list for this site.

Client projects use their own third parties (Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI/Anthropic for LLM features). Each project has its own privacy considerations spelled out in the contract.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any personal data I hold about you by emailing sardarbircini@gmail.com. I'll respond within 7 days.

If you're an EU resident, GDPR gives you specific rights — same email applies. I treat all visitors with the same privacy posture regardless of where they are.
